Dive Marshalling Sheets

All club dives must be recorded and the details passed to the Diving Officer.  (For the reasons why, follow this link).  Although not compulsory to use the correct form, you may find it easier since the main headings are already completed.  It also makes the DO's life simpler to file the forms away if they are all in the same format.

This sheet has spaces for all the information needed for a typical dive at the Blue Lagoon.

Visitors Sheet

This is the sheet that we ask all visiting divers to complete and the visiting Dive Marshall to sign.  PLEASE ring to check availability before you come.  The conditions we apply to visiting divers can be found here.

Membership Application

Before joining the Club you will probably want to come and meet us.  If you decide you would like to join us, we ask you to fill in a form (click above to download).  Two existing members are required to support your application which should be handed to a Committee member with your subscription and (if relevant) a copy of your qualifications.  Your application will be put to the next Committee Meeting.
